STEP announced that on August 7, 2025, the company received a notification from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific targets by Shanghai STEP Electric Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to specific targets, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them. This issuance of shares to specific targets is subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must obtain approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
