# SINODATA plans to grant 1.4762 million restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SINODATA (002657.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan. The company's incentive plan targets 12 individuals, with a proposed grant of 1,476,155 restricted shares (of which 1,303,180 shares will be granted initially), and the grant price for the restricted shares is set at 14.60 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of granting the restricted shares until all the restricted shares granted to the incentive recipients are fully unlocked or repurchased and canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
