# EFORT won the construction land required for the first phase of the robot super factory and global headquarters project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EFORT (688165.SH) announced that the company recently won the state-owned construction land use rights for the land parcel numbered Jiu 2506 from the Wuhu Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau through the Wuhu Public Resource Trading Land Bidding System for 34.14 million yuan. The land transfer area is 101,600 square meters, the land use is for industrial purposes, and the transfer period is 50 years. The land is located in Erba Town, Wuhu City. The company has signed the "State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Transfer Contract" with the Wuhu Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau. The state-owned construction land use rights won by the company will be used for the construction of the EFORT Robot Super Factory and Global Headquarters Project Phase I
