TAPAI GROUP stated in a conference call that cement prices in the Pearl River Delta have been adjusting downward since May, and the ex-factory prices of some varieties are now close to the cost line, making further declines unlikely. Due to the impact of typhoons and heavy rain, cement shipments have also been relatively low recently.
