# HONGJING-OPTECH: Plans to invest 1.533 billion yuan to build a research and manufacturing headquarters

HONGJING-OPTECH announced that the company plans to invest in the construction of the HONGJING-OPTECH R&D and manufacturing headquarters project, with a total investment amount expected to be RMB 1.533 billion, of which the fixed asset investment amount is expected to be RMB 750 million. At the same time, the company plans to acquire land use rights in Zhongshan City and sign an "Investment Agreement" with Zhongshan Torch Industrial Group Co., Ltd. This external investment does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset reorganization as defined by the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies." This external investment matter is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders' meeting
