# ASIA PIONEER Entertainment: Lin Yanling appointed as the company secretary

According to the announcement from ASIA PIONEER (08400), Ms. Liang Ke-yi has resigned as the company secretary and has stepped down as one of the two authorized representatives under the GEM Listing Rules and one of the two authorized representatives under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, all effective August 8, 2025.

Ms. Lin Yan-ling, manager of the corporate secretary department at Baodelong, has been appointed to replace Ms. Liang as the company secretary, authorized representative under the GEM Listing Rules, and authorized representative under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, all effective August 8, 2025
