Lianyungang announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yungang Ferry Ship Leasing Co., Ltd., plans to invest 548.8 million yuan to build a 950-passenger/2700-meter lane ro-ro passenger ship, and has signed a construction contract with Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. This matter has been approved by the 19th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors of the company and does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review within the scope of the Board's review authority
