# G-gas released its semi-annual performance, with a net profit attributable to the parent company of 118 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.44%

According to the report from Zhitong Finance APP, G-gas (688548.SH) disclosed its semi-annual report for 2025, showing that the company achieved revenue of 1.114 billion yuan during the reporting period, a year-on-year increase of 14.56%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 118 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.44%; the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was 103 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 21.14%; and the basic earnings per share was 0.09 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.37 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.

During the reporting period, the company closely followed the national chip development strategy, deeply participated in the development planning of the semiconductor industry, and continuously expanded the market with electronic bulk business as the core. It successfully acquired multiple electronic bulk on-site gas generation projects in Shenzhen, Nantong, and other locations, further solidifying the company's advantageous position in the electronic bulk on-site gas generation field. At the same time, the company strengthened the management of construction progress for existing projects, promoted the timely delivery of ongoing projects, and achieved commercial operation of multiple projects in Qingdao, Wuhan, Dongguan, and other places, making a positive contribution to the steady improvement of the company's operating performance.

On the other hand, the company continuously improved its global helium supply chain layout, promoting the signing of a long-term helium procurement agreement with Qatar Energy, enhancing the company's management and maintenance capabilities for helium raw material supply, and providing strong support for G-gas's helium business expansion in China and the global market, continuously enhancing the company's influence in the domestic and international helium markets. The company is steadily advancing the strategic layout of electronic specialty gas R&D and production base projects in Shanghai, Hefei, Qianjiang, Chifeng, and other locations. In the future, as these projects are completed and put into production, they will further improve the company's business landscape in the electronic specialty gas field and enhance the localization level of high-end electronic specialty gases
