Hainan Development announced that as of the halfway point of this share buyback plan, the controlling shareholder Hainan Holdings and its concerted party Hainan Jin Kong increased their holdings of the company's shares by 9.8022 million shares through centralized bidding from May 9, 2025, to August 8, 2025, accounting for 1.16% of the total share capital, at a cost of 88.9524 million yuan; the amount for this buyback plan is not less than 100 million yuan and not more than 200 million yuan, with a maximum increase in shareholding ratio of 2%, and the implementation period is within 6 months starting from May 9, 2025
