# RIGOL plans to list in Hong Kong

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RIGOL (688337.SH) announced that the company plans to issue shares (H shares) overseas and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company will choose an appropriate time and issuance window to complete this issuance of H shares and listing within the validity period of the shareholders' meeting resolution (i.e., within 24 months from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting or other agreed extended periods)
