According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HGPE (301261.SZ) stated that its shareholder Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial Collaborative Development Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Fund") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.6367 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement through centralized bidding and/or block trading
