Hongtong Natural Gas released a notice of unusual movement. Previously disclosed, the company's senior management personnel Zhao Yong intends to reduce his holdings of shares obtained before the initial public offering and shares increased from capital reserves through centralized bidding transactions, not exceeding 119,600 shares, accounting for 0.04% of the company's total share capital; the reduction period is from August 9, 2025, to November 8, 2025. As of now, Zhao Yong has not reduced his holdings. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant matters' progress and legal regulations.
