Bide Science and Technology announced that on August 8, 2025, the actual controllers Wang Jianqun, Liu Ying, and their concerted actors Wang Kai, Wang Jianping, and Li Biyu signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Yangzhou Dinglong Qishun Equity Investment Partnership to transfer a total of 56,167,200 shares of the listed company, accounting for 29.90% of the total share capital of the listed company. The total transaction price is 897 million yuan, corresponding to a transfer price of 15.97 yuan per share. The implementation of this share transfer will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
