According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BYHEALTH (300146.SZ) released its semi-annual report for 2025, reporting an operating income of 3.532 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 23.43%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 737 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 17.34%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 693 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.59%. The basic earnings per share were 0.43 yuan.

During the reporting period, the main brand "BYHEALTH" achieved revenue of 1.888 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 28.32%; "Jianliduo" achieved revenue of 411 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 30.35%; "lifespace" domestic products achieved revenue of 138 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 34.43%, while overseas LSG achieved revenue of 534 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.46% (in Australian dollars: LSG operating income was 117 million Australian dollars, a year-on-year increase of 17.07%)
