# Union Precision's actual controller and concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Union Precision (688210.SH) announced that Mr. Yang Hu, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.8057 million shares, which accounts for no more than 2.3750% of the company's total share capital. Among them, he intends to reduce no more than 3.2048 million shares through block trading, accounting for no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, and to reduce no more than 600,900 shares through centralized bidding (all after-hours trading), accounting for no more than 0.3750% of the company's total share capital. Fan Hai Tong Lian (Partnership) intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.0015 million shares through centralized bidding (all after-hours trading), accounting for no more than 0.6250% of the company's total share capital
