# JIADING INTL GP plans to conduct a share consolidation on the basis of "20 for 1"

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIADING INTL GP (08153) announced that the company proposes to implement a share consolidation, with the basis of consolidating every 20 shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 into 1 consolidated share with a par value of HKD 0.002.

After the share consolidation takes effect, the trading unit for each board lot will change from 10,000 shares to 5,000 consolidated shares
