# Sanxin Medtec plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 530 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sanxin Medtec (300453.SZ) disclosed a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. The company plans to issue convertible bonds to raise a total of no more than 530 million yuan (including principal). The initial conversion price will not be lower than the average trading price of the company's stock over the twenty trading days prior to the announcement date of the "Prospectus" and the trading price of the company's stock on the previous trading day.

The net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance costs will be used entirely for Sanxin Medtec's annual production capacity expansion project of 10 million blood dialysis membranes and 10 million blood dialyzers, the research and production base project for high-performance blood purification equipment and supporting consumables - the new annual production line project for 30 million sets of blood dialysis tubing and supporting engineering construction project, the expansion project of the Jiangxi Chengtukang electronic accelerator irradiation sterilization production line, and to supplement working capital
