According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EMPTECH (300546.SZ) announced that Ms. Gao Jing, a shareholder and director holding 31.60% of the shares, plans to reduce her holdings through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after the disclosure of the share reduction announcement, not exceeding 5.599 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital)
