# Hangzhou Gaoxin: JuRong WeiYe plans to acquire 19.03% of shares, and the actual controller of the company is expected to change to Lin Rongsheng

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hangzhou Gaoxin (300478.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder Zhejiang Donghang Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Donghang Group"), Beijing Jurong Weiye Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jurong Weiye"), Hu Min, and Jurong Energy (Xinjiang) Co., Ltd. signed the "Share Transfer Agreement of Hangzhou Gaoxin Materials Technology Co., Ltd." Donghang Group intends to transfer 24,105,872 shares (accounting for 19.03% of the total share capital of the listed company) it holds in the listed company to Jurong Weiye through a negotiated transfer, with a total transfer price of RMB 495 million.

After the completion of the equity change, Jurong Weiye will acquire 24,105,872 shares and the corresponding voting rights (accounting for 19.03% of the total share capital of the listed company), the controlling shareholder of the listed company will change from Donghang Group to Jurong Weiye, and the actual controller of the listed company will change from Hu Min to Lin Rongsheng
