# NC HEALTHCARE issues a profit warning, expecting a mid-term loss attributable to shareholders of approximately 60 million to 70 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NC HEALTHCARE (01518) announced that it expects the group to incur a loss attributable to the owners of the company ranging from RMB 60 million to 70 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025 (subject to further adjustments and impairment assessments), compared to a profit attributable to the owners of the company of approximately RMB 25.2 million for the same period in 2024.

The board of directors believes that the expected turnaround from profit to loss is mainly due to a decrease in demand for pediatric and obstetric services leading to reduced revenue; impairment losses on certain goodwill and other long-term assets; and the reversal of deferred tax assets
