# New Vision terminates the acquisition of 100% equity in Aishengsheng

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, New Vision (688593.SH) announced that the company previously planned to acquire 100% equity of Shenzhen Aiexin Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aiexin" or "the target company") through the issuance of shares, convertible bonds, and cash payments, and to issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors to raise matching funds.

Since the planning of this transaction, the company has strictly followed relevant laws and regulations and actively organized all parties involved to promote the transaction. However, due to the failure of the transaction parties to reach a consensus on the final plan for this transaction, in order to effectively protect the interests of the company and all shareholders, the company has prudently studied and negotiated with the transaction parties and intends to terminate this transaction and authorize the management to handle the relevant matters of this termination
