On August 8th, the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued a reply regarding the change of equity of Wuxi Xishang Bank Co., Ltd., agreeing to Wuxi Guolian Development Co., Ltd. acquiring 500 million shares of Wuxi Xishang Bank held by Hongdou Group Co., Ltd. After the acquisition, Wuxi Guolian Development Co., Ltd. will hold a total of 500 million shares of Wuxi Xishang Bank, with a shareholding ratio of 25%
