# PHUA LEE MING plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 13.6067 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PHUA LEE MING (002957.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 employee stock ownership plan. The total number of participants in the company's employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 42 people, and the total amount of funds raised shall not exceed 13.6067 million yuan. The source of the stock is the A-shares repurchased by the company through a special securities account via centralized bidding in the secondary market. The employee stock ownership plan will purchase the repurchased shares at a price of 8.42 yuan per share, totaling no more than 1.616 million shares, through non-trading transfers and other legally permitted methods.

The duration of this employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 48 months, calculated from the date the company's shareholders' meeting approves this employee stock ownership plan and the company announces the last transfer of company stock to the name of this employee stock ownership plan
