According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Smarter Micro (688512.SH) has recently received a notice from shareholder GZPA regarding the "Shareholder Reduction Plan." Due to its own funding needs, GZPA intends to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading, with a total reduction of no more than 4.6684 million shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the total shares of the company, to be conducted within three months after three trading days from the date of this announcement
