# Ningbo Sunrise shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.67%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Sunrise Technology (002937.SZ) announced that its shareholder Ningbo Ruizhi Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ruizhi Investment") holds 21.0808 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.08% of the total shares. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2 million shares through block trading and/or centralized bidding within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of the announcement, which represents 0.6716% of the company's existing total share capital.

The company's shareholder Ningbo Hezhirui Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hezhirui") holds 26.3021 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.83% of the total shares. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.97 million shares through block trading and/or centralized bidding within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement, which represents 0.9974% of the company's existing total share capital
