# LD: Chuzhou Junyuan plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.9% of shares

According to the announcement from Longbridge, LD (300883.SZ) announced that its shareholder Chuzhou Junyuan Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Chuzhou Junyuan") holds 23.8421 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.89% of the company's total share capital. Chuzhou Junyuan plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.574 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading, which means a reduction of no more than 1.9% of the company's total share capital. The implementation period is within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (i.e., from September 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025)
