# TAITAN: No early redemption of "TAITAN convertible bonds"

On the evening of August 10, TAITAN announced that from July 21 to August 8, the closing price of the company's stock has not been lower than 130% of the current conversion price of "TAITAN Convertible Bonds" at RMB 13.27 per share, which is RMB 17.25 per share, thus triggering the conditional redemption clause of "TAITAN Convertible Bonds." The company held a board meeting on August 8 to review and approve the relevant proposals, and will not exercise the early redemption rights within six months after the approval of this board meeting
