JIADING INTL GP announced that the company proposes to implement a share consolidation, with the basis of consolidating every 20 shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 into 1 share with a par value of HKD 0.002.

After the share consolidation takes effect, the trading unit for each board lot will be changed from 10,000 shares to 5,000 consolidated shares
