# China Science and Education Industry appoints Chief Executive Officer

CHI SCI&EDU IND (01756.HK) announced that Zhang Zhifeng will no longer serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer, effective August 10. He will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board and Executive Director. On the same date, Executive Director Zhang Yude has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer.

In addition, Zou Kang has resigned as Executive Director, and Lei Yingran has resigned as Co-Company Secretary. The Board announced the appointment of Xiao Xiaobing as Executive Director, also effective August 10
