# Zhiyuan Robotics acquires a stake in EIT's intelligent robotics company

According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Shenzhen Yushu Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, adding Zhiyuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of Zhiyuan Robot, as a shareholder. At the same time, the registered capital increased from 50 million RMB to approximately 52.63 million RMB. The company was established in March of this year, with Yang Bo as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the development of artificial intelligence application software, sales of artificial intelligence hardware, and integrated services for artificial intelligence industry application systems. The equity panorama penetration chart shows that the company is jointly held by Yuhua Tian's subsidiary Yuhua Tian (Shenzhen) Smart Technology Investment Co., Ltd. and the newly added shareholder
