# FE HLDGS INTL will refer the decision to suspend trading by the Stock Exchange to the Listing Committee for review

According to the announcement from Far East Holdings International (00036), the decision made by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange indicates that the company has failed to maintain the sufficient operational level as stipulated in Listing Rule 13.24 to ensure that its shares can continue to be listed.
