# TUS-EST: The transfer of judicial auction has been completed

TUS-EST announced that the shares held by its shareholders with more than 5% ownership, Zhuhai TUS Investment Co., Ltd. (holding 82.8189 million shares) and Zhuhai TUS Green Source Investment Co., Ltd. (holding 24.1892 million shares), have completed the transfer registration. The shares held by Zhuhai TUS and TUS Green Source have all been transferred, and they no longer hold any shares in the company. This judicial auction will not lead to a change in the actual controller and controlling shareholder of the company, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's normal production and operational activities
