According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SOLAREAST (603366.SH) announced that the company's directors and senior management personnel: Mr. Chen Ronghua, Mr. Jiao Qingtai, Mr. Zhang Yaming, and Ms. Zhu Yalin plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding due to personal funding needs. Within three months from the date of the announcement, they intend to reduce no more than 25% of their respective total shares held in the company, totaling no more than 634,500 shares, accounting for 0.0780% of the company's total share capital
