# WHYY: Directors plan to reduce holdings by 0.44%

WHYY announced that director and board secretary Zhang Ge holds 10.0588 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.74% of the total share capital. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.5147 million shares, accounting for 0.44% of the total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding. The shares to be reduced come from holdings prior to the company's initial public offering and historical bonus shares, with the reduction price determined by the market price at that time
