On August 11, 2025, Winnovation Culturaltainment's subsidiary NEW SILKROAD, as a limited partner, signed a "Limited Partnership Agreement" with Jinluo Asset and others to establish the Jinluo Huixin Limited Partnership Fund. The total committed capital of the partnership is HKD 100 million, with NEW SILKROAD committing HKD 50 million, accounting for 50%. The fund primarily invests in highly liquid financial instruments and is currently in the fundraising stage, with a duration of three years.
