Feilu announced that shareholder He Xiaofeng, holding 3.0337 million shares, accounting for 1.48% of the total share capital, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.0337 million shares through block trading or centralized bidding within three months starting from August 15, 2025; shareholder Liu Xiongying, holding 3.3776 million shares, accounting for 1.65%, also plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.3776 million shares in the same manner during the same period. The reduction price will be determined based on the secondary market price at the time of the reduction
