# Aokang International shareholder Xiang Jinyu plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Aokang International (603001.SH), due to personal funding needs, the company's shareholder Xiang Jinyu intends to reduce his holdings in the company by 4 million shares and 8 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, respectively, totaling no more than 12 million shares, which does not exceed 3% of the company's total share capital
