According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SRIBS Group (603153.SH) announced that on August 11, 2025, the company learned from the website of the Shanghai Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and the Shanghai Municipal Supervisory Commission that the company's director Chen Wei is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the Shanghai Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervisory Commission. Chen Wei is a director appointed by the company's shareholder Shanghai Guosheng (Group) Co., Ltd. Currently, in addition to serving as a director of the company, he does not hold any other positions in the company and does not participate in the company's daily operations and management.
