# Actions: Adjusts the grant price and quantity of the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan

In 2025, Actions held a board of directors and supervisory board meeting to review and approve adjustments to the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan. Due to the equity distribution for the year 2024, the grant prices were adjusted from RMB 14.00 per share and RMB 20.50 per share to RMB 11.49 per share and RMB 16.91 per share, and the remaining attributable quantity was adjusted from 2,022,000 shares to 2,423,771 shares. This incentive plan has previously undergone multiple rounds of decision-making procedures and information disclosure.
