Huitong Energy announced that the company intends to acquire a 7.43% equity stake in Xinghua Chip Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. through equity transfer and capital increase, with a total transaction price of 195 million yuan. Upon meeting certain conditions, the company plans to continue increasing its capital in Xinghua Chip or further acquire equity in Xinghua Chip. This transaction is subject to the approval of the company's board of directors and the shareholders' meeting of the target company, and it does not meet the standards for review by the company's shareholders' meeting
