According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 11, JIADING INTL GP (08153) shareholders transferred shares from Softbank China Financial Services to HSBC Hong Kong, with a transfer market value of HKD 1.4593 million, accounting for 5.38%.

JIADING INTL GP announced that the company proposes to implement a share consolidation, with the basis being to consolidate every 20 shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 each into 1 consolidated share with a par value of HKD 0.002.

After the share consolidation takes effect, the trading unit for each board lot will change from 10,000 shares to 5,000 consolidated shares
