Guangdong Academy of Building Research is publicly issuing 105 million shares, of which 105 million shares are new shares, with an issue price of 6.56 yuan per share, raising 687 million yuan in funds, resulting in a total share capital of 419 million shares after issuance. Guangdong Academy of Building Research mainly provides inspection and testing technical services in the construction engineering field. In the fiscal year 2024, the company achieved an operating income of 1.197 billion yuan and a net profit of 107 million yuan
