# DHHI has achieved mass production of the 7.5 megawatt front integrated drive chain

> DHHI's subsidiary transmission company successfully completed the prototype trial production of 66 sets of 7.5 megawatt front-integrated transmission chains customized for key domestic customers, and achieved the mass production of the first batch of 10 units. This transmission chain adopts a three-stage planetary and one-stage parallel shaft transmission scheme, optimizing the structure, reducing the overall weight of the cabin, and achieving torque density at an industry-leading level

According to reports, recently, Dalian Heavy Industry's transmission company successfully completed the prototype trial production of 66 sets of 7.5 megawatt front integrated transmission chains customized for a key domestic customer, and achieved the smooth production of the first batch of 10 units. The 7.5 megawatt front integrated transmission chain produced in this batch adopts a transmission scheme of three-stage planetary and one-stage parallel shaft, combined with front integrated design, achieving horizontal docking installation of the main shaft and gearbox. This structure optimizes the compactness of the transmission chain, reduces the overall weight of the cabin, and realizes lightweight design through planetary mechanism load distribution technology and gear reinforcement technology, with torque density reaching industry-leading levels
