# YBTY: Approval granted for the free transfer of state-owned equity

YBTY announced that one of its controlling shareholders, the concerted actor Yuanling Investment, will transfer 14.3266 million shares of YBTY it holds to Hongrong Group without compensation. This transfer has obtained approval from the competent authority and will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it affect the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and its concerted actors
