# The country's first SPV intelligent manufacturing leasing project landed in Dishui Lake Financial Bay

According to SHLG, Changjiang United Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. recently established Xin Zhizao Equipment Leasing Co., Ltd. in the Dishui Lake Financial Bay of the Lingang New Area. "Xin Zhizao" is the first project company established by Changjiang Jinzu after obtaining the qualification for project company establishment, and it is also the first SPV intelligent manufacturing pilot project nationwide following the release of the "Lingang New Area Financial Leasing Project Company Business Expansion Pilot."
