ST ZQGAME: Some bank accounts of wholly-owned subsidiaries have been frozen
On the evening of August 12, ST ZQGAME announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Baoteng Internet Technology Co., Ltd., recently learned that some of its bank accounts have been frozen. The number of frozen bank accounts is 1, with a frozen amount of 2.0971 million yuan, accounting for 0.52% of the company's most recent audited net assets, and it has not caused substantial impact on Baoteng Internet's capital turnover and daily operations. After preliminary self-examination, it was understood that the freezing of funds in some bank accounts of Baoteng Internet was due to a dispute over the security deposit for the power supply contract, and the applicant has applied to the Longhua District Court of Shenzhen for property preservation during the litigation
