# ACIG major asset swap: The transfer of Jinhuan Magnetic Separation Co., Ltd. has been completed, and the delivery of the divested assets is in progress

On August 11, 2025, the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of ACIG approved the major asset replacement and related party transaction plan. The company intends to replace coal business-related assets and liabilities with an equivalent portion of 85.5 million shares of Jingtung Development's Jinhuan Magnetic Separation, with the difference made up in cash. As of the announcement date on August 13, Jingtung Development has paid the difference of 1.0724 million yuan, and Jinhuan Magnetic Separation has completed the changes to its articles of association and shareholder register, with the transfer of 85.5 million shares completed, and ACIG now holds these shares. The industrial and commercial change registration and other asset delivery work for the assets to be disposed of are currently in progress
