On the evening of August 12th, RUIFENG CHEM announced that during its routine tax compliance self-inspection, it conducted a special review of the financial and tax treatment related to its convertible bonds. After self-inspection, it was confirmed that due to the tax and accounting treatment differences of interest expenses on convertible bonds, the company needs to pay an additional corporate income tax and late payment penalties totaling 6.6771 million yuan. Currently, the company has completed the payment, and there are no administrative tax penalties involved
