# BCC's major shareholder Zheng Tiejian plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BCC (002455.SZ) announced that the major shareholder Mr. Zheng Tiejian plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 17.8277 million shares (accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital) within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
