LCE announced that its controlling shareholder, Jiangxi Xinshi Investment Co., Ltd., has pledged 1 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.09% of its holdings and 0.09% of the company's total share capital. The purpose of the pledge is for its own operational development needs. As of the announcement date, Jiangxi Xinshi has cumulatively pledged 73.08 million shares, accounting for 79.80% of its holdings and 6.90% of the company's total share capital. The number of pledged shares maturing within the next six months is 11.08 million shares, accounting for 12.10% of its holdings and 1.05% of the company's total share capital, with a corresponding financing amount of 25.82 million yuan
